Management Team

Prakash Balebail brings more than 20 years of software development and implementation experience, including the last 16 years in several key roles in Oracle Corporation. His management principle has been to provide commitment to continuously improve how he serves all of his customers, partners, and employees by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations through a culture of creativity and forward thinking.

Prior to founding Estuate, Prakash was a Senior Director in Oracle Applications Global Sales Solutions team, which built complex Oracle E-Business Suite application demonstrations for Sales activities. Additionally, he had leadership roles in development of Oracle's much-acclaimed Business Flow Accelerator (BFA) for the E-Business Suite. During this time, Prakash also built the highly-regarded India operations team from the ground up.

While at Oracle, Prakash played a key role in leading the technical team for the Program Management Office of Oracle's CRM Applications Division. This team handled escalated technical resolution for Oracle CRM's most important strategic customers. While with Oracle Worldwide Alliances, Prakash was responsible for the industry-leading Cooperative Applications Initiative (CAI) on a global basis, developing best of breed solutions, which helped hundreds of partners to integrate their application with E-Business Suite applications. He is one of the founding members of Oracle's Design and Migration services team.

Prakash began his career at Oracle in the Platform division, playing a key role in enabling Oracle Applications to run on UNIX operating systems. He was the first person to make Oracle applications run on Intel 386 based machines.

In India, Prakash started his career at Patni Computer Systems Ltd India.

Prakash holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Karnataka University in India, and has enhanced his managerial and technical skills through continued education at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Palo Alto.

Nagaraja Kini has more than 18 years of engineering development, business development, consulting, alliances and management experience in application software development, integration and implementation. He has extensive experience in working with multi-site development teams to consistently deliver assets to simplify ERP implementations for consultants. Nagaraja Kini brings with him the commitment, willingness, and capability to anticipate and act on the continually evolving needs of a business Prior to founding Estuate, Inc., Nagaraja served at Oracle as Director in Application and Industry Solutions group within Global Sales Support. He was responsible in managing the development effort of Oracle Accelerator for Special Edition, a simplified approach to implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications for Mid Market Customers. Prior to joining Oracle in 1994, Nagaraja served as Senior Manager managing the entire engineering and development team at Inventa Software for their offshore operations in Bangalore, India.

Previously, Nagaraja worked as a Senior Consultant at Kirloskar Computer Services Ltd., porting UNIX and Unix Applications on to MC68000 based systems for Fortune Systems, the first company in the world to officially support Unix as Operating System in early 1980s.

Nagaraja holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Electronics from Karnataka Regional Engineering College Surathkal, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering from SJ College of Engineering Mysore, India.

Marc Hebert joined Estuate in December, 2008 as its first Chief Operating Officer.

From 2006-2008 he was the first Chief Marketing Officer for Virtusa Corporation, a publicly-traded IT services firm. From 1999-2006, he was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Alliances for Sierra Atlantic, where he was responsible for corporate positioning, lead generation, public relations and partner development. Prior to his appointment in 1999, he served on Sierra Atlantic's Board of Directors for three years.

Previously, Mr. Hebert was Vice President for Oracle Corporation, where he held several ground-breaking positions: the Chief Information Officer role, Internal Audit, Oracle Manufacturing development, and Worldwide Alliances Technical Services, including the Oracle Applications Integration initiative and the Oracle Migration Competency Center. Prior to Oracle, he spent eleven years with Arthur Andersen & Co. managing large systems implementation projects for health care providers.

Marc is a recognized expert on offshore outsourcing. He has appeared on CNN’s Lou Dobbs Tonight, was interviewed in Investor’s Business Daily, and has been widely quoted in major media publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Financial Times, New York Times and Boston Globe about offshore outsourcing.

Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree in experimental psychology from Harvard University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Seemakiran heads Estuate India and brings more than a decade experience in Software Engineering and Design. She is responsible for all customer engagements, technology building blocks and technology direction developments at Estuate. She has been instrumental in building an elite team responsible for development and delivery of services. Seemakiran has more than 10 years of knowledgeable experience in Software industry and has developed excellent technical skills with her profound experiences in the domains of Finance, Telecom and Media that are globally recognized across a wide range of cultures and regions.

Seema holds a BS in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University in India.

Nazira Virani has more than 14 years of experience in the software industry. Nazira worked for Oracle Corporation Canada for 12 years. During her time at Oracle, she had various roles in sales engineering, consulting, technical support and alliances management and worked with the Oracle database, E-Business products and several Oracle tools. As a senior manager within the Alliances organization at Oracle, Nazira lead several projects with Oracle partners to bring their software product to market as well as managed a technical team across the country. Nazira brings with her the commitment to help customers succeed.

Nazira holds an Honours BSc in Computer Science for Data Management from the University of Toronto in Canada.
