March Hebert
Chief Operating Officer
Marc Hebert joined Estuate in December, 2008 as its first Chief Operating Officer.
From 2006-2008 he was the first Chief Marketing Officer for Virtusa Corporation, a publicly-traded IT services firm. From 1999-2006, he was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Alliances for Sierra Atlantic, where he was responsible for corporate positioning, lead generation, public relations and partner development. Prior to his appointment in 1999, he served on Sierra Atlantic's Board of Directors for three years.
Previously, Mr. Hebert was Vice President for Oracle Corporation, where he held several ground-breaking positions: the Chief Information Officer role, Internal Audit, Oracle Manufacturing development, and Worldwide Alliances Technical Services, including the Oracle Applications Integration initiative and the Oracle Migration Competency Center. Prior to Oracle, he spent eleven years with Arthur Andersen & Co. managing large systems implementation projects for health care providers.
Marc is a recognized expert on offshore outsourcing. He has appeared on CNNs Lou Dobbs Tonight, was interviewed in Investors Business Daily, and has been widely quoted in major media publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Financial Times, New York Times and Boston Globe about offshore outsourcing.
Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree in experimental psychology from Harvard University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
