Estuate Appoints Chief Strategy Officer to Accelerate Growth

Global Services Industry Veteran to Spearhead Business Strategy and Growth in Leading Edge Technology Solutions

Sunnyvale – June 21, 2016 – Estuate, a leading global Product Engineering & IT services provider, announced today that it has appointed Krishna Guda (GK) as Chief Strategy Officer. In this new role, GK will spearhead the development of new service models and drive the expansion of Estuate into new verticals around the world. GK was previously at Sierra Atlantic, where he built a team & strategy to accelerate its growth to a global services company, and its eventual acquisition by Hitachi Consulting.  As the Executive Vice President at Sierra Atlantic/Hitachi consulting, GK managed worldwide operations with responsibility to lead several corporate functions including sales, marketing and solutions.  GK has served as advisor, President & CXO positions at multiple companies in the Silicon Valley. He also served in HCL, DEC/HP, and TVS Electronics during the early part of his career.  He has built progressive software solutions that fostered significant revenue growth in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Hi-Tech and Manufacturing verticals. GK advises several technology and services startups on growth and exit strategies.

GK has a Masters degree in Engineering Physics. He is certified from Japanese Manufacturing Association (JMA) in manufacturing systems and has management certifications from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
