Job Description:
- Develop, design, review, validate, coordinate, deploy, and support applications, databases, and solutions using C#, .NET 4.0./4.5, JavaScript, jQuery, Web service, MVC, WPF, WebApi, WCF, ADO. Net, LINQ, Entity Framework, AJAX, JSON, XML, SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and Azure.
- Provide SME guidance on production domain knowledge and execution processes.
- Review design and code implemented by developers and enforce quality standards set.
- Review test plan, test cases and execution log by QA.
- Coordinate inter dependency of team members and resolve any impediments in execution.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore team and resolve dependencies and blockers.
- Validate applications to meet business, technical and security requirements.
- Get detailed information regarding any issues reported by end users and work with the team towards resolution.
- Perform regular internal audit to maintain process compliance.
- Perform RCA for all customer complaints and document it.
- Review and support team members in Proof of Concepts (POCs) implementation.
- Identify and plan sprint backlog and groom them in coordination with product owner and business analyst.
- Coordinate with customer business analyst to review final product requirement.
- Provide technical feasibility recommendation in requirement before implementation starts.
- Prepare technology maturity report before actual implementation kicks off.
- Understand performance requirement of the product and support team members in writing performance measurement script.
- Review completed performance measurement script and performance test outcome.
- Assist team members to identify performance improvement areas using various tools.
- Conceive new ideas to aid product development and discuss with customers.
- Coordinate tool development with teammates and review outcomes.
- Design and review architectural design, solution design, technical design, operation user manuals, unit testing, functional requirements, and production deployment documents.
- Provide knowledge transfer to new team members for quick ramp-up.
Skills & Requirements:
Require Bachelor of Science in computer science/engineering, computer information systems/technology, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field, and 5 years’ experience in the job offered, software engineer/developer, programmer/systems analyst/developer, technical/project lead, consultant, or related field.
