Estuate’s Cookie Policies

EFFECTIVE DATE: Dec 15, 2020

This Cookie Policy describes how Estuate, Inc. (“Estuate” or “we” or “our”) use cookies and similar technologies to collect information when users access or use the Estuate website located at https://www.estuate.com (“Website”) and any other Estuate products and services that link to the Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

1. What are cookies?

Like many online services, we may use cookies and similar technologies (including pixel tags, web beacons, widgets, and mobile identifiers) when you access and use the Services.
Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that your computer or mobile device saves when you visit certain websites. When you return to the websites that save cookies on your device—or visit other websites that use the same cookies—the websites recognize such cookies and your browsing device.
2. How do we use cookies?

Generally, we use first-party cookies (which are placed by us) and third-party cookies (which are placed by third parties) for the following purposes:

  • To make our Services function properly;
  • To provide a secure browsing experience during your use of our Services;
  • To collect information about your use of our Services to help us improve and optimize our Services; and
  • To remember your preferences for your convenience.

3. What types of cookies do we use?

We use the types of cookies described below on our Services:

a) Strictly Necessary cookies: Some of the cookies we use are necessary to provide our Services to you. For example, they help you navigate from page to page, remember your preferences, provide you with the features you request, and support and enable security features.

b) Functional cookies: Functional cookies provide you with the functions on our Services that you request.

c) Analytics, Performance and Research cookies: These cookies help us understand how well our Services are doing. They collect information about your use and interaction with our Services so that we can continue to improve and expand our Services.
4. How to manage cookies

We use both first-party and third-party cookies that allow us to automatically collect information through our Services. Third-party cookies are operated by third parties that can recognize your device both when it visits our Services and when it visits other websites or mobile apps. We encourage you to check the websites of any third-party cookie providers for more information about how they use the information they collect.

Below we describe how you can manage first-party and cookies on our Services:
