Currently, we are looking for a Maximo Visual Inspection to join our team.
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo Visual Inspection solutions integrated with advanced AI/ML models for object detection and predictive maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer vision frameworks, cloud deployment, and container orchestration.
- Design and implement Visual Inspection workflows within IBM Maximo for asset monitoring and defect detection.
- Develop and train AI/ML models for object detection using YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and similar architectures.
- Integrate trained models with Maximo Visual Inspection and ensure seamless data flow to Maximo Asset Management.
- Deploy and manage solutions on OpenShift clusters and Azure Cloud environments.
- Optimize inference performance for edge and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with Maximo functional teams to align inspection outputs with work order and maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Visual Inspection and Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML core concepts, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in object detection algorithms: YOLO (v5/v8), Faster R-CNN, SSD.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using OpenShift (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud services (Azure ML, Storage, Compute).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with enterprise systems.
- Strong Python programming and model deployment skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- IBM Maximo certification (Visual Inspection or MAS).
- Experience with edge AI deployment for IoT-enabled devices.
