Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead – Absences / Benefits / Payroll / Compensation to join our team.
Job Description
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specifically in Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation modules
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, UAT, and go-live support
- Configure Absence plans, Benefits programs, Payroll elements & calculations, Compensation cycles, eligibility profiles, and approval workflows
- Good understanding of Payroll statutory compliance and country-specific configurations
- Experience in Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI / BI reporting, and integration touchpoints
- Act as primary SPOC for client workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom developments
- Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality, documentation, and best practices
- Provide production support and post-implementation stabilization
