Currently, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to join our team.
Job Description
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical
- Hands-on experience in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and integrations (OIC/SOAP/REST).
- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of HCM integrations and custom solutions.
- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Mentor team members, review code, ensure best practices, and support go-live & post-production activities
