Currently, we are looking for an Oracle R2P Consultant to join our team.
Job Description
- Showcase and walk through solutions that address complex requirements.
- Gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting, and perform functional configuration.
- Guide clients through business process improvements and deliver process automation.
- Work closely with business, product, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
- Work independently with client users, partners, and senior management.
- Configure and maintain Fusion modules in the R2P domain in multi-ledger, multi-business unit, and multi-language environments.
- Solution and maintain integrations across multiple systems.
- Engage with customers and manage stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
- Work in a complex global ERP environment with a strong focus on problem solving, change management, and documentation.
- Produce and deliver documentation for design, training, and application administration.
- Translate client requirements into implementable solutions using Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Collaborate effectively in an onsite offshore delivery model.
Skills & Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the Oracle ERP domain with strong expertise in finance solutions across Requisition to Pay (R2P) processes.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Procure to Pay (P2P) flows.
- Exposure to intercompany transaction flows in a global environment is desirable.
- Exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and intercompany flows is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud from a solution perspective (integrations, extensions, personalization) in a global, integration-heavy environment.
- EBS to Oracle Fusion upgrade experience is preferred.
