Currently, we are looking for an UKG Subject Matter Expert to join our team.
Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience in UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (Time, Attendance, and Scheduling).
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG HCM and Workforce Management solutions.
- Deep expertise in timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, leave management, and payroll integrations.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and configure UKG modules accordingly.
- Experience integrating UKG with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
- Skilled in Advanced Scheduler, Data Hub, API integrations, and WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance rules, and workforce policies within HR operations.
- Provide SME guidance, system audits, testing, and user training to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams for solution design and issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions certification preferred.
