Job Description
- Experience in creating and maintaining live environments for customers.
- Integration with IDCS and implementation of OCI network components, including VCN, Subnets, Security rules, Route rules, Compute Instances, Storage, DRG, Internet gateway, Fastconnect, IPsec, LBaaS, etc.
- Designing and deploying scalable operations on OCI, adhering to the Technical Design for setting up the OCI Tenancy.
- Configuration of IPSEC VPN in collaboration with the Client Network Team to establish connectivity.
- Setting up and configuring Security groups, enabling access to OCI via the Bastion Service.
- Implementation of Monitoring and Alerting systems on OCI.
- Providing support to Technical Teams during the migration of applications to OCI.
- Configuration of VMs and storage on OCI, along with the establishment of Backup and Recovery processes.
- Provisioning of DB systems on VM and association with Data Guard database instances.
- Configuration of DBaaS and RAC across domains.
- Setting up and monitoring costs on OCI Tenancy Management, including scripting for shutdown and starts outside of regular hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and excellent communication skills.
