Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Finance Functional Cloud to join our team.
Job description
- Core skill required: Oracle Fusion Project accounting experience.
- Knowledge of receivables, Payable, Fixed Assets, SLA, and cost management is a plus.
- Willingness and capability to upskill in any other products within the P2R space.
- Experience in at least one cycle of Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Should have worked in handling inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Cloud certification will be an added advantage.
- Must know security models in the Cloud.
- Must have a good understanding of the integration between Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle cloud modules.
- Experience in accounting is required and use of DevOps is necessary.
- Preference for candidates with Project accounting & Finance knowledge.
- Preference for qualified/part-qualified accountants.
- Knowledge of Finance operations, either through working in core Finance or Finance Systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Ability to drive conversations with Finance stakeholders to identify requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
- Constructively challenge stakeholders on solution options/requirements.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding.
- Participate in daily scrum calls for P2R and if needed, be able to lead these calls.
- Collaboratively work with Team and Stakeholders to drive positive results.
- Should be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and also the client project team and client P2R Process Owner.
- Candidates can advise clients on solution approaches and deliver solutions from design through UAT and deployment.
- Good problem-solving skills to enable resolving BAU issues.
- Experience dealing with third-party suppliers e.g., Oracle, to obtain solutions.
- Good communication skills (English).
- Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities.
- Good documentation skills to help deliver SOPs and ensure R2R documentations are maintained.
